Good Vitamin for improved eye health

Do you really Need it?!
If your eye doctor did not recommend this supplement to actually help "restore" your vision, you shoud not take it! I've been taking it regularly for a couple of years, and honestly, even WITH my doctor's recommendation, I really don't see any difference...
