I rate this as 4, not that it did not work for me but bec of how it did to me after just 1 drink. It made me sick, pooping for like almost 10x for 24hrs, had to call in from work bec I was so dehydrated and was having an explosive diarrhea. And I think that is the purpose of this product. The good part of it thou, it did made me lose weight. Down to 2kg a day after. But, getting sick drinking it, not an healthy way of losing weight.
