Good for adults that eat like a teenager..
I rarely eat leafy greens because they make me sick just smelling them 🤢.I know these aren't the same as eating fresh veggies daily but they taste great and I actually feel a bit better during the day which I dont think is placebo effect because I really wasn't hoping they'd work I just figured I might get some nutrients I was missing in my diet.I will be buying them again.

Good Product but not always consistent Quality
I have been using these Chews for a while now and I think they help me with digestion. They must have changed the formulation for a while because one time the chews were not so good but they taste ok again. It may be the container also. I would prefer they keep it in Ziplock pouches. The ones in the plastic containers seem to sometimes taste off and don't hold up as well, the firmness that is. I thik they have an issue with Quality Control.

Easy to open but takes sometime to chew, it’s not hard it’s just chewy. Been eating these for about a year with no side effects. Green super foods are ca good for a bunch of things, google it to see.Great value for what you get
