Hello, There is a mild tingly feeling.

Is it sticky feeling?

No, it’s lightweight and doesn’t feel sticky. I actually use this over lip stain or other colors because it gives this beautiful, sheer frosty color. When wearing it by itself, it is very very light and sheer. And if that’s what you’re going for then that’s great. Also, it has almost a minty cooling affect to it. This is my fourth tube and I absolutely love this color. Also, I have a very fair skin…this shade can look different on other people of course but on me it comes out this kind of frosty pink - it is so pretty.

This is my favorite drugstore lipgloss, I own a couple of shades, but Rosy Bronze is my absolute favorite. These glosses make the lips so shiny and full looking, and make them appear fuller. The formula is thick, but not tacky. This is the best drugstore lipgloss out there!
