Does this come with just the handle? Asking for a friend

It comes just as pictured. With a handle.nothing else. It's heavy and well made. The bottom is flat and thins cutlets out. Don't know why but you cannot put it in the dishwasher.

How long would i have to beat my meat to make it spongey?

You could beat your meat as long as you want. I suggest not using this tool and do a hand press
