One pill is a serving & easy to swallow!
I just received these today and took one. Easy to swallow, no weird smells or aftertaste—the best part: ONE pill! Unlike many other iron supplements that have 4-6 as a serving and the pills are huge.It’s obviously too early to say that they work. I will see how I feel after a week or so and when I have another iron panel drawn.I also started doing some TCM moves on my hands that helps with iron deficiency.I am hoping these pills help!
