Q: Has anyone used this for home use? What ratio of water to cleaner have you used if you only have to clean a few glasses?

Though I don't know about home use, the ratio is one scoop (appx 1oz) to 3 gal of water. So it would depend on how many glasses you need to clean and how many gallons of water you use.

Q: Can this be used to soak silicone lines in also after racking?

We do just that with very good results.
