Fiber melts if part gets hot… works great if kept cool!
Very good on/with Metal deburring and cleanup, handles rusty tools with ease, not good on plastic parts (melts the plastic) I use a 3600 rpm grinder/polishing setup.I Already ordered a second a backup wheel!!!!!

Must have for metal buffer

Arbor hole is 20mm, it may not fit you buffer shaft
The arbor hole is 20 mm, I have not been able to find a reducing bushing arbor adapter for a 1/2 inch motor shaft. I also think the unit is out of round. The seller should include a set of reducing bushings to fit common motor or buffer shafts. This unit is not as good as another purchase.

Nice abrasive but made very poorly
Impressed how the apparently long lasting abrasive worked but out of 2 different grits the arbor size ranged from just barely useable to will not fit on arbor that will accept LARGER sizes than the maximum listed for this item. Varied by over 1/8”, and excessive run out in both wheels. Great idea but Poor quality manufacturing. I want same thing as listed, not variable arbor sizes. Will buy elsewhere

Not 240 grit more like 100 grit to coarse

Way Out of Round
Arrived way out of round. Caused major bench grinder shaking and was unusable. I should have sent it back but instead used a bandsaw to alter it and make it usable. I will not buy this again nor will I recommend it to others.

Good quality but didn’t fit
It did not fit my grinder because it’s 2 inch thick and the hole is to large. However it looks like good quality for buffing metals
