My only complaint is it could have had extra wires in the package for running the cables since i had to cut mine in order for it to get to the door system. But of you dont need a long run like mine did (about 40 ft) it's perfect. I Also needed an additional remote, seller said it would arrive later but made the arrangements for me. Surprise Surprise they all came together. Definitely 5 stars. Video works well remotes are powerful. RFID tags work flawlessly. I'll definitely be buying a few more. Client was also very impressed and very happy. Additional note. YOU DO NOT! need an additional power supply since the system provides all the power you need unless you're using it in NO mode. GREAT GREAT BUY. I'll upload pictures later. Also side note. This does not use wifi so remote unlocking but i didn't buy it for that. So all good.

PROS: This door entry system has met our needs completely and we are very satisfied with the product and the operation. We decided to eliminate our receptionist position and pass 'door duty' to other staff members. Originally we had a doorbell but that made someone walk to the door every time it rang and all staff members had to use a key to enter the office. This system solved all the problems. All staff members are issued an RFID card and temporary staff are given an entry code that we can easily change as needed. We use the Remote Control to unlock the door from one of the offices that can see the glass entry door. We are adding additional Remote Controls so that several people will be able to unlock the door from within the office when the normal 'door duty' staff is out at lunch or on an errand. The wiring was relatively easy and we decided to patch it through our network patch panel. This allows us to move the monitor around the office without having to rewire. Since the monitor only has a wall mount, we added a small tablet stand to hold the monitor that can be easily moved around the cubicles. We purchased 25 additional RFID cards to give our staff easy access without fumbling for a key. Everyone is happy with all the problems this unit has solved for us. And the boss really liked the price. CONS: The only problem we had was the physical size of the included 12VDC door actuator that did not fit the hole in our metal door frame. The previous tenant had a system that used a very large 24VDC actuator. With a little shopping, we were able to match the correct size and a 12VDC actuator lock that works perfectly. I suggest that the seller does not include the single door actuator or show options for multiple sizes.

I purchased this in December of 2018 for a rental property to remotely open the side gate to let their visitors enter. Unfortunately, I was not told until they just moved out yesterday November 2019 that the remote opening of the gate latch stopped working about 1 month after installation. (idiots have not idea about how warranty's work). So, now I am stuck out of warranty and must purchase a different product. Since this one only worked for a month, I won't be purchasing this again. However, the screen and doorbell still work fine.

If you need a buzzer for an office or small building this is great! We placed the screen in an area where we can all see who is outside (ringing). Only thing its not great is the volume its an echo... otherwise, easy to install and it works great!

Value for the money, easy to setup.

We purchased this at the recommendation of our installer. We needed a doorbell/intercom/gate opener to replace an old Aiphone unit (the replacement Aiphone we purchased from Amazon didn't work--another story). This device works, but when you ring the doorbell the unit has a very annoying reverberation that continues until you hang up the device. This makes it hard to communicate over the intercom, since the electronic buzz comes over the intercom. The home automation tech seemed to really struggle with the install too. He finally got it to work, but the reverb happened with him as well. In all, I am really sorry I purchased this.

I had to use the picture to assemble the thing. I haven't actually used it, because the instructions are your typical, cliche Chinese mistranslations. Not one sentence made sense. How hard would it be for just ONE Chinese manufacturer to run their user's manual by an American, who is their primary client - BEFORE printing it out and including it with the product? Every time I order a product like this that is made in China, it's the same thing. If any Chinese Manufacturer is reading this - and you want your products to sell and seem like a real, high-quality product, contact me - send me a copy of the User's Manual and packaging information that you are planning on putting on market, and let me edit it for you - BEFORE you print them out! Honestly, this would set your company apart from all the others and your sales will increase exponentially. I don't think that you really understand how horrible your instruction manuals are - not to mention, everything you attempt to write in English! This one change would be revolutionary at this point.

My hard wired door entry system failed and needed to be replaced. Nearby locksmiths wanted >$2K for replacement, so I decided to it myself. The issue with this system is the connector on either end as 6 wires had to be properly connected. Hopefully you have CAT 5 so the 6 wires go to the outdoor box and monitor while the two remaining wires go to the door lock. They do supply a wire with the connectors on either end but you would have to rip open your walls or have their wire on the surface. Try to follow the schematics. (Note: I am NOT an electrician). The monitor is great and the included 6key fobs are an added bonus. Definitely worth the price and excellent quality but plan a few hours for installation.

This product is incomplete and costly. You will end up paying more to get it working
