I was a loyal customer of this product in FreshMarket, but then unfortunately they stopped carrying it. This is a very high quality balsamic vinegar for salads. A lot sweeter/darker than cheaper brands. This is not the balsamic vinegar you would use for cheese, but those sell for 2x - 3x the price.

Delicious
Best vinegar ever. I got this one time in my Farm Fresh box and was shocked at how perfect it was. After I used the bottle, I found it on Amazon. I love balsamic and this one has the perfect consistency and taste. Not too acidic and not too sweet. Not too thick but not too thin. It’s perfection in a bottle. I use this as salad dressing straight of the bottle. It needs nothing else.

Bariani Balsamic Vinegar is a win-win and a very lucky find.
The best organic balsamic vinegar with the bonus that is also the healthiest being sold today. As a health conscious former award winning chef and also Italian, I was concerned about the amount of led that is now in balsamic vinegars throughout the world. While on the search to try and keep balsamic vinegar in my cooking, I found Bariani's organic balsamic vinegar from the vineyards of Northern California where the area produces some of the finest wines in the world. I had read it has one of lowest level led content balsamic vinegars being sold today, I was still skeptical. Therefore, I ended up on a call with one of the company's owners. He gave me a great deal of information on their growing standards and testing which made me excited to make my first purchase. This is a special find that is delicious while not trading off exposure to led today.

Flavor and quality unsurpassed!
Love the quality and taste! So hard to find balsamic vinegar made with organic grapes AND is guaranteed lead free. I do wish there was an insert in the opening to restrict the flow somewhat

Barely tastes better than the like $5 variety you can get at walmart. Apparently you have to buy one of the like $80 kind imported from Italy if you are looking for something substantially superior.

One of the best balsamic vinegars we've had - this is a staple in our cupboard. We had to buy an off-brand one when we were on vacation and it just served to remind us how good the Bariani is - full of depth and sweet notes, as well as a nice vinegar kick. Not harsh at all.
