Was a bit nervous about buying something claiming to be compatible after seeing so many who had issues on other brand types. But this seemed to have better feedback and was super cheap compared to the originals. They guarantee for the chip to work and it did. Absolutely no issue installing. This will be my port of call for more in the future.

Re-doing my review, as initially had difficulty with the compatibility for my parent's Epsom XP-442 printer, but after some trying, the printer cartridges are working fine! The computer and printer recognises it is not Epsom cartidges, but if selected as alternative option, eventually works properly and prints :) Really positive experience with the customer service, quick and useful communication and keen to resolve customer issues.So, the cartridges ARE compatible, AND very good customer service. Thank you :)

Only opened one. It wasn't recognised by a Brother L2710DN printer, also made a slight grinding noise when starting up. Have used plenty of other 3rd party cartridges, but this was the first failure.

Good price, fast delivery

Not same quality of printing that you get from the original but I'm not looking for that. Really what I need is to print exam papers, plain tickets and sometime the odd homework for kids. Do I really need the state of the art original super expensive ink for that? Heck no!
