Amazing pain relief
Whilst easy to swallow, they are fairly large capsules and the dosage is 3 capsules taken together. It’s a shame that the dosage can’t be made into one capsule. Notwithstanding that, I have now been taking these for 4 weeks and the pain relief is amazing. I have tried other brands previously but never had such effective results nor so quickly. Generally it has been 6-8 weeks before relief but with these the relief came after 3 weeks. I am so pleased with them that I have just signed up for the subscription offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These Bettervits Glucosamine tablets are extremely overpriced for what they are
I was very disappointed by this Bettervits Glucosamine Complex with MSM tablets. I followed the recommended dosage of 3 capsules a day and yet found no added benefit than the over the counter Glucosmine tablets I have been taking for several years. These Bettervits tablets are extremely overpriced for what they are.

High Hopes
Too early to tell if they are working or not as I've only used them for a week. However the taste once in your mouth is quite nasty, kind of bitter fishy taste. They are quite big but easy enough to follow. Take 3 x a day, one with each meal. Will update in a few weeks.

Helps with arthritis pain
I wanted something natural to help my arthritic knee, as we were going on an active holiday and I wanted my joints to be working properly! There were good reviews from this product therefore ordered it to try it. The capsules are quite big, so if you don't like swallowing big tablets, this may not be for you. It says you need to take 3 a day, but doesn't say if you need to take them all at once or spread it out during the day. I take them all at once and after 2 weeks, I feel less pain and seem to be able to move easier. i will continue taking these as I think it helps.
