I sincerely believe this collagen powder saved my life. I am 70 years old and could find NO supplemental protein that did not make me increasingly nauseated after consuming. This product is definitely as advertised. very quick to dissolve and mixes well into a variety of liquids. When tasted dry, you may notice a very light salty/umami flavor akin to a high quality animal broth; however, when dissolved in plain water it is almost completely flavorless. It has no effect on the flavor of any protein shake I whip up. I know a holistic doctor that uses this in her practice. I thought i would try it. Its unflavored, but yet it's has a little flavor and it's creamy even though you mix with water. I also blended it in blender. I will have see howni do with this bag before buying again.
