I found this faja to be quite comfortable, apart from the shoulder strap buckles, which can be a bit irritating, but I still enjoy wearing it.

180lbs with a 42in chest/36C cups _37in waist and 45 in Hips.Bought 2XL. If you have never waist trained then 2XL would be comfortable and right for you. If you want to take it serious i would recommend an XL as a beginner. If you have waist trained and want to really make it tight. L is the one to go with if u have my measurementsbut it will be very tight. I worked out and lost weight now 3 months later. Waist is at 33 inches than first measurements in this review and i weight 170.. the L is still really tight and i wear it when im home chilling or cleaning. If im working out i use the 2XL but it is now more loose just holding me upright for now..

Honey listen if you want to look snatched this is the vest to do it ! I’ve been on a weight loss journey and been trying to loose my last 40lbs. I’ve lost 60 so far and this vest does a great job and shaping me up fresh out of the pack it was a struggle!!!! I’m a size 14 so I got a large because I heard it’s not supposed to be “comfortable “ but it was a damn workout to get In it but once I did I was prancing around because I had a coke bottle look I also wear a breathable sweat vest over it too for like extra thermal power. And it took me like 20 minutes to try the first time but I got it down now. I love it highly recommended

Okay so starting off yess loved the trainer it snatched me right up and didn’t fold up or anything and i loved tht but after a few months the metal things start to come off and start to stick me in my sides i literally have scars from them. The traps are very uncomfortable and it doesn’t get any better. Call me dumb but i did buy it again and it’s like the quality started to deteriorate quicker and quicker. I assumed it was bc of how often i wear them but no bc I’ve bought about 4 of them and the last one i bought only lasted a couple weeks so big waist of money I’ve got to find a new brand but if im being honest i bought it so many times bc before it starts to break, the fit of it is my favorite but i can’t keep wasting my money and the return window is so short. The longevity varies but the longest I’ve had one is maybe 3 months. So if you aren’t exactly trying to lose weight and go down a size and don’t want to keep buying new ones i don’t recommend. But if you are okay with having to repeatedly buy it bc it is good at first then go for it.
