Okay, but...
The metal is roughly finished and it has obvious machining/grinding marks. This doesn't stop it working but the pencil holder is so narrow and close to the point you'll find it very difficult finding a pencil to fit into it. Suggest you find an alternative.

Great for crafts...
I love this monstrosity. It's huge. It makes big circle cutouts on all my woodworking projects. Can go as far as a 25"-circle, or anywhere in between, down to a 6"-inch circle. For that once in a while occasional project that needs something this big. It's very heavy and tough. Simple to figure out and can function on a multitude of projects. The pencil insert is a bit crude, but it's manageable.
