I lost the manual, can you tell me the cleaning instructions?

Our Everlasting Comfort Cooling Blanket can only be in Machine wash in 30° C in a normal cycle, Do not dry clean, Do not Bleach, Do not Tumble dry, and Air dry only.

No, the Everlasting Comfort Cooling Blanket provides is two-sided, with the cooling side providing a cooling sensation with Icy cool Fibers.

The Everlasting Comfort Cooling Blanket measures 60" x 80" (152x203cm).

do you use it with a sheet?

I do, but my sheets are bamboo sheets which are also cooling. You can also use without if you get very hot at night. This is the best, it will keep you cool during the night. Highly recommend.
