Excellent product. I've been on Accutane before due to really bad acne & every so often usually around my mensuration I get a few pimples. I used to use Garniers SOS pimple gel but can't seem to find it anywhere. I tried Clearasil & T Zone gels but they did not work at all, the formulas were far too weak. This one is incredibly good. I had a big pimple that was lingering for days & as soon as I put this on the redness went down within hours & I've woken up today with it completely dried out. The tube itself is massive compared to other brands so it's good value for money. I have sensitive dry skin due to Accutane & this gel should not be put on large areas as Niacinamide can be irritating. This is for use on the pimples only. I put two thick occlusive moisturisers on before I applied the gel & it still penetrated them. Always moisturise when using this. I'll definitely be purchasing again!

The claims are true for me. The angry redness was reduced in a few hours and the pain had lessened. No stickiness. The tube stays clean and the end doesn’t go yucky. Very little product needed. The best solution I’ve found.

This cream does exactly what it says it will, and I'm quite pleased with the results. It's a good product at a reasonable price however, I do want to point out that the claim about it working for 3 hours is a bit misleading. In my experience, nothing happens after three hours. Despite that, it's still effective for its primary purpose, and I'd recommend it

I’m a 51 year old woman who is starting to go through the menopause, I have noticed over the last several months I was getting spots on my neck and jaw line they were big red and itchy, not very pleasant at all.. I thought I would give this a try. I applied a small amount on the affected area before bed, when I got up I could really see a difference. The redness and itchiness had gone and the size of the spots was considerably reduced. I have been applying a small amount twice a day (now on day 3) they have almost disappeared. I’m very pleased with this product, something that actually works.

I’ve struggled to find a targeted spot lotion. This is okay but doesn’t dry up spots terribly well, it takes some perseverance. I used to be able to get brilliant alternatives in the early noughties but nowadays no product compares. I wonder if the ingredients are more limited. This is possibly the best of a bad lot! I’d recommend on that basis.
