This rack is a winner! It is heavy duty, works fantastic in elevating food about 1/2-inch, and has an easy to clean enamel coating. Warm soapy water and a small brush does the trick -- even cleans up pretty well in the dishwasher. Thankfully, this affordable and sturdy roasting rack does not bend or rust with normal use. Chances are you're really gonna like this one!

Really a nice addition to your roasting pan...kept 1 star ⭐ off only because I think it should be a bit higher standing in the pan .. cannot find one that is so I ordered this one knowing that..used it day 1 ribs cooked great ..easy to clean..(do not have a dishwasher) used a soft brush 🖌️ clean up great
