Good features, quality very good, noises very acceptable, appearance good

It's only been about a week, so no issues to report at this point. Product arrived in good condition and has been functioning well so far. However though, the demo technician who visited didn't seem very familiar with the product's features and appeared unsure of the functions he was supposed to demonstrate. He also appeared to try to mislead us regarding the extended warranty which was disappointing. Other than that, everything has been fine.

I purchase on 22 jan 2025 and it stop working on 5 feb 2025 ,Amazon customer care say they’re not responsible for the product as per the policy , it’s a worst product not worth it , even no buddy come for demonstration, Amazon quality check is also very poor, they just doing paper work only. Very unsatisfied with product. All good review are not original it’s may be fake, cause my experience is so pathetic with Amazon and Samsung product, please don’t purchase any electric applications from Amazon go to the near shopping places. Amazon is worst now.

Touchpad is a BIG issue. 1st time it stopped working within 8 months, samsung got it replaced because it was in warranty. Again within 8 months the touchpad stopped working again but this time they are asking for 4500rs to get it replaced because the mother board could be the problem. Why did they not replace the motherboard when it was in warranty. Now samsung does not want to deal with it. Don't buy any samsung product, the customer service is really bad and I have seen reviews about how bad the touchpad of this microwave is.

I purchased this Microwave oven Three years, ago, but it creates headache for me. Often shows SE error. As I have sound knowledge in electronics I myself repair it to use. Do not buy MW oven of this brand.
