Lifeeasy 3 pieces good sealing 6.14-Quart Storage Container

I really wanted to like these. They're a good size and use space efficiently. They stack nicely, too. I loved the idea of the lids only needing one hand. And they seem to be made well. (So, they aren'd totally 1-star rated). However, they are so difficult to close. One I never was able to get open, because it was so tight. Perhaps with patience they'd loosen up enough to be usable, but I'm not willing to give it the time. Also, I have fairly small hands, and I found it difficult to get my finger under the tab to open the lid.I would recommend the Better Homes and Garden brand (on Amazon as Felli Flip-tite)- I have one of these and find it easy to seal and open.

These definitely exceeded my expectations!!Very easy to use, can be used with one hand!There is a ring on the top and when you raise it up it breaks the air tight seal and the lid can then be pulled off very easily, place the lid back on and press the ring down and it is then tightly sealed.I had originally intended on using all 3 for myself, but once I saw they could be used with one hand I gave two of them to my mom who had a stroke and only has use of one hand. She loves them too! So many storage containers are impossible for her to use!My younger kids have no problem either.These really are top quality and made very well.Array of sizes are perfect too!Wish I could give them 10 stars!!Would highly recommend!! 👌👌👌Item was received for free in exchange for an unbiased and honest review - that in no way affected my opinion

These are VERY hard to open and close! Even with 2 hands. The plastic is rough on the edges where the lid meets. The only 3 reviews are misleading. They are all from people who, "received the item for free for an honest and unbiased review."

I really like these containers. The ease of opening is a plus, it's aImost like an oversized pop tab, with the little whoosh to go with it. :-) I have one for dry pasta, one for dog treats, and unfortunately my hubby stole one for over in his man cave to use for crackers. As I have not had them too long, time will tell on how air tight these are, and if needed, I will edit my review to reflect on effectiveness on keeping food from going stale. However, my husband is already asking for more to put screws, nuts, bolts, etc. the uses for these are endless and the sizes are practical.I did receive these for free for my honest review, however I stand behind my statements and this product. All my reviews are mine and are not influenced in anyway.
