Taste isn't great, pretty bitter after taste. Hadn't taken long enough to see if it worked, but the mango flavor is way better and im not usually a mango person!

This product was fine but the actual flavor was hard to get down. I wouldn't buy it again because of the taste.

We as a family live this brand. My son is a college athlete and takes them every day. He feels so much better in recovery, energy and immunity when he takes it. He loves the lime, I like lime and berry. Mango is not too bad. Best to drink over ice. We like to combine it with a lemon lime hydration electrolyte. We feel the company is well researched and I listened to the owner talk about his research behind it and that sold us. Will continue to order from Kion.
