True benefit
I've never liked the smell or taste of multivitamins so I really don't use them for very long I've been on this one for 2 months I can't stop because the Improvement in my overall health stamina and productivity, the proof is in the pudding

Choke hazard
This pill is so big I can hardly swallow it. I fear it’s a choking hazard, seriously. Cutting it in half is even difficult with sharp edges where it’s been cut. I won’t buy it again.

I’ve been taking BodyHealth Multi Complete for a while, and I can feel the difference in my energy and overall well-being. Purchased to give it a try, and it is ok.
I am trying this for the first time because i am a supporter of the Bodyhealth amino acids. They have included on the label a number of claims, which has the list of what i think is the best formats for the Vitamins. However, the Minerals are mix are what i am going behind, given that chromium and vanadium is good for the dealing with cell responsiveness (and can help with sugar control) at the cellular level. They also put some Enzymes and the great milk Thistle, Dandelion root and some Lipoic acid to support the Liver. It just so well though of that you must somehow try it. Anyhow, I can always update when i give it a try.

Great vitamin
Husband and I been taking these for couple months already I only take one instead of four so far. The pill is so big. I might start upping the dosage slowly.
