I brought it for my grandson locks!! It did a wonderful job Re-twisting their locks

The quality of the product was very poor. It felt as if it was going to fall apart. I noticed if it was twisted a certain way it would not work. The USB plug is very short and it doesn't change the machine so it has to stay plugged in which makes it difficult to get at different angles when twisting your hair. The twists were so loose that I ended up take the hair and twisting my hair by hand. It's a good idea but this was a poor attempt.

I love this I have issues with my neck and shoulder so twisting my hair is a real chore. This saves my so much time what took me 3 days I can do in two!

The battery compartment is not configured properly; it's quite difficult to get two regular AA batteries installed in the right way so the power flows and the battery four can be shut. Also one of mine came without the tiny screw that holds the battery door shut 😞Once I'd wrestled the batteries in, I tried twisting my 2B/C mid-back- length hair. I got 2/3 of my hair twisted before the battery door popped off, batteries came discombobulated and the twister stopped working.Also both of the latches that are supposed to hold each lock of hair on both twisters refuse to close fully and need pushing at least 75% of the time.Super annoying, and I had originally bought these both for my hair and for decoratively finishing the "warp" ends of handwoven fabrics (scarves, table runners etc).For both of these purposes, these twisters are less functional than expected.I would not purchase again.

The product is decent and functions well, but the quality feels a bit cheap. Before using it for the first time, I noticed that one of the clamps would get stuck and wouldn't retract unless I pushed it manually. It doesn't get as close to the scalp as I'd like, but overall, it does the job. It definitely works faster than doing it by hand. I also found the cord to be too short, which forced me to stay close to the wall outlet. I'm glad this package includes two units.

They work good. Thought they were rechargeable.... but only if you add rechargeable batteries...yourself... go figure. I guess I missed that in the description, but still a keeper.
