If u like honey that's a bit fruity and not over sweet , this is it!
Absolutely favorite, goes super well with greek yogurt, would be even happier if the texture is more fluidic and smooth.

Versatile and Delicious!
What an excellent addition to my pantry! That deep, sweet herbaceous note and slight crystallization make this Honey a perfect ingredient for so many unexpected dishes, and elevates those routine uses for Honey (in Tea, on Buttered Toast, etc) to something special! And it’s hard to resist snagging a spoonful on the sly for a quick burst of sweet energy.Pictures:1. Mango Snap Pea Salad: Chopped Lettuces, Green Pepper, Red Onion, Cucumber and Sugar Snap Peas sliced on the diagonal and freshly-cubed Mango w/Zero-Calorie Asian Dressing, Toasted Sesame Seeds and Thyme Honey.2. Mediterranean Melt: Toasted English Muffin, buttered and spread w/Thyme Honey, then layered with Provolone and Ham and microwaved for a minute for the cheese to melt. Top off with Fig Preserves and Black Pepper and accompany by A steaming mug of Earl Grey Tea sweetened w/Thyme Honey.3. A quick side dish of sliced Granny Smith Apples drizzled with Thyme Honey, Fresh Cilantro and a grind of Black Pepper to accompany a Seared Wagyu Beef Patty with an Onion/Shitake Sauté.

Good honey
Good flavor, but not as nice as thyme honey I bought in Greece. That brand isn’t available in the U.S., though, and I can’t just pop over to Athens anytime I want more honey. It’s good on yogurt and drizzled over fresh fruit.

Taste, texture, thyme
First discovered native Greek forest honey in Greece. The flavor is more complex than sweet. The thyme is subtle. Spoon it over authentic (unflavored!) Greek yogurt, sprinkle broken walnuts on top. Breakfast of the gods! I can almost imagine the view of the Parthenon over my shoulder again.

This arrived crystallized. Taste is great tho.
Amazon refunded my $ for this product. Arrived 90% crystallized. Taste would have been great. Not sure what happened with packaging but item wasn’t well sealed so maybe that was the problem.

Light and not too sweet!
Hello Honey lovers. If you are NOT into sweet honey ( like me) this is your honey! THYME / FOREST honey has notes including: pinenuts, fraser fir, molasses -esque, trees and plants only found deep in the forest! ( not floral nor citrus). It offers a deep rich color and flavor for those that prefer "savory" over sweet. On a level of 1 -5 ( 5 being the sweetest) Id rate this honey a 1. Its quick to leave your palette and overall is unique and delish! I'm planning on serving it with tea, cafe and on artisanal bread! Pine honey also contains more enzymes, amino acids and minerals than flower honey! I love this forest honey!

Twice received product damaged
I ordered this product back in June and the jar arrived with 2 big dents in the lid. Honey is very stable so I went ahead and used the product despite its unsecured condition. Reordered along with 2 other brands of Greek honey this week-- other 2 packaged perfectly and arrived undamaged, this one wrapped in loose bubble with the inside of the wrap covered in honey leaking from the jar. Totally unacceptable.
