Usually take preworkout. I always been skeptical about pills, especially fat burners, but this thing is actually amazing. They did take 3 days to fully kick in but I am full of energy and on the go. I took two Fat Burner tabs this morning with my L-quid Youth. I didn't realize it but by 4 PM that day, I had not had any other nutrition since breakfast. I was doing moderate physical labor all day. I was not hungry; I was not "amped" up; I was not flushed; blood pressure did not increase. I was just moving through the day. I'm fairly confident it was the Fat Burner. It's now part of my diet . . . but I'm not dieting! Been taking Fat Burner for two weeks now. As of this morning, I finally broke through 190# for the first time in forever; on my way to 180! I'm a huge fan of McCall Fitness Products, but these Fat Burners are one of the best out there by far that I've tried! Not only have they helped with cutting back my appetite, but have also given me the energy I was lacking as well without the jitters that you normally get from Fat Burners. With this being an all natural product it was very easy for me to try these. It gave my mood a big boost, and I've noticed a big difference in my stomach since I'm a Mother of 2, and have struggled with that extra pooch. since I've started adding these to my regimen my stomach is shrinking, and I'm actually seeing more muscle definition.
