It's a start
This thing is very flimsy and the "hook" on the end is not made to hold the motor for my flex shift grinder. If you have no better options, this telescoping rod and a wire clothes hanger can improvise well enough.

Good for Occasional Use With Some Very Minor Fixes
Minor problems can be fixed easily. Some thin adhesive grip material (GT-5000 grip tape) added to the table clamp (base & screw) will prevent the clamp from moving around, without the need to risk damage by over-tightening it. Since it has so many uses, I always keep some of this grip tape around my shop.To prevent the tool from falling off the hook, extend the length of the hook tip with some electrical shrink wrap tubing. Another option is a wire twist-tie or reusable zip-tie to secure the tool to that hook. Afterwards, as long as you don't tug on the Dremel Flex-Shaft (bending the holder's rod to the point of breaking it), the whole thing works just fine. That said, I'd recommend a sturdier holder for the serious craftsman and similar. This is more of a quick, temporary, holder for occasional use (which has proven very handy more than once). For everyday use, I attached a square wooden rod to my workbench (centered in the rear of that bench), with a larger hook screwed in near the top to hold the Dremel tool. That rod also holds a couple of small adjustable work lights.

Better than nothing, but it's got some issues, too.
I like that this holds my dremel tool off the table while I'm working with the wand.Pros: It has nice wide jaws, to accommodate clamping to wide counters and tables. It seems sturdy enough so far, and it doesn't wobble, or slowly fall down. It's adjustable for height, and direction of the hook. The hook just rotates in any direction.Cons: It's jaws are shallower than I'd like. (ie, it only grabs onto the very edge of the surface, so if your counter has beveled edges, or rounded, it's got very little to grab onto). It has no cushioning on the screw or the jaws. You'll want to add something, or else know it's gonna scratch and dent your counter/table.( I used a felt sticky pad for furniture to the screw end, so at least the scratchy side is covered.)Overall, it's wildly better than the setup I had been using (hanging on the handle of another tool), but it's got some issues, so be sure it will work for your table before you buy, and assume you'll need those felt pads, or a paper towel, or something to protect the surface from gouging.

Dremel holder
First time using a Dremel for Woodcarving. A book I read ahead indicated I need something to elevate my “extension wand!” And it holds the Dremel rotary tool upside down. So I purchased this tool holder. It worked fine but it’s not heavy duty. It does tend to work it’s way off the table edge. We used two shims and overall it was adequate. Couldn’t have carved very well without it!

You get what you pay for
Not very solid or sturdy. Yet it's still able to do what it's advertised to do. It holds up a rotary tool but, the fittings are plastic and are prone to breakage because of the stresses put on them. It's too lightweight. I feel it could be done better. I won't recommend this product for that reason.

Pretty weak
This product works, however, if you are buying it for anything other than a Dremel DON’T! I was using it for my Foredom, it lasted almost a week and then it just gave way. Hope this helps.

Seems to be well built
I have only used it 2x. So who knows , it may be worth 5 stars straight through. Seems to be well made and at a decent price.

Probably not needed but works well
It kind of gets in the way and I'm not sure I really need it but I bought it to keep the cord out of the way while using my demel as a carving tool. I have the dremel 225-01 flex shaft attachment which really works well to convert the dremel into an easy to hold pencil carving tool. The telescoping rod is strong and supposrts the tool well. It extends up to about 2 feet and collapses for easy storage. The clamp on the base is solid and holds the rod well to the table.

Practico
Muy practico para colgar el Dremel 3000 con eje flexible. Fácil de ajustar la altura y fijarlo. El material se ve sencillo pero no he tenido problemas

Great product when the price is right!
This is a very good product considering that I bought it on Amazon from Micro-Tools-CA for only $15.57 CDN. I have seen the exact thing for much more. This also included free shipping!

Materiales medianamente buenos. Soporta solo 1 equipo colgado, 2 lo doblaría.
