Disliked the fact that all we got was the backrest!

I really can't say enough good. Almost two years after I purchased, it's still my best rollator. True the cane cup is fragile and breaks but if you need a cane, use a collapsible and store in bag. Bag is open at top, but that is a positive since you can put oversize items in and retrieve items without lifting a seat. The price is much less than similar offerings. And customer service is prompt and professional. And can fold into a bag for travel. I may just buy a second one.

It does not fit walker!!!!! This is a rip off!!!!

So this was a big disappointment. I love my byacre ultralight rollator. I was excited to get the backrest since I often need more support. I wasn't able to get it on by myself (I have MS and my hand strength is somewhat affected as well). I finally got someone to help put it on for me and discovered that you really can't fold the rollator at all with this in place. This makes it basically unusable for me since the rollator has to be folded to get in and out of the car and I often have to at least partly fold the rollator to maneuver through tighter spaces. Unfortunate waste of money for me.UPDATE: My friend was able to get it to fold, which is a big improvement. It's still a bit of an odd placement/position so it's not the most comfortable back rest to use, but at least it's usable now. I still don't know that I'd recommend it.

This is only for the back rest, not for the rollator which is $750.00
