The designers went way over the top with the clothes and extras that come with this doll, but I bought it looking at the beautiful long hair and lovely facial features. I always intended to dress her again, so I was very pleased when she arrived. The hair is really as long as it is in the pics and very soft. It is the best hair I have seen on a black doll. Too often black Barbie dolls have plastic or nylon cord hair, but this one has soft lightly crimped hair. It is very long, but the texture is beautiful and the most realistic I have found outside my beautiful black Silkstone Barbie doll with sleek hair.

I got this Barbie for my best friend as a Christmas gift and they loved it! The color is very nice. It is so pretty and was packaged well.

When I first heard about this line… I was sooo curious and excited. Whew. Mattel DID the thing with these dolls. The previews and stock photos were promising. However, this lovely lady just cannot be topped in person. Her gorgeous dark skin (brighter in photos due to sunlight), wide set eyes (more subtle representation), SUPER DUPER high end quality LONNNNG hair (for real, it feels like human hair), details throughout outfit… man. It’s like a collector doll for 1/4 of the price. She has an amazing kawaii vibe. Outfit is vibrant, but not tacky in person. Green harness could be clipped with a good pair of thread cutters if you really wanted it gone. The CAPE and GLOVES.. so well made and just perfect touches. Perfect doll for a budget collector or a fashion obsessed kid. Mine were oooing and ahhing over her! Really looking forward to the next 2 releases.

The Barbie extra fancy line is beautifully executed! The face sculpt on each one of them is beautiful, the hair is long and lush and the outfits are very creative and well put together! And this girl is no exception, I mean yes she doesn't come with a stand, and her Pet's weird but the doll absolutely gorgeous

A spectacular outfit. Her hair length reaches her ankles, is crimped all the way down with three buns at the front and is a deep chocolate brown. The doll is very pretty. It comes with a cute handbag and crazy sunglasses. Her gown is spectacular and the dress is lovely. She has socks! Her movement is as an extra doll, 90° at the knees and elbows.

This doll is quite nice, but my version might be painted a bit differently, as her eyes are quite widely set apart. The quality is somewhat cheaper than the other Barbie Extras.
