I purchased these feet and one got cross-threaded and completely locked. Is there a way to get one replacement foot and insert?

There is no single replacement but you could drill out the mangled threads and use a regular nut under the attachment.

Are the 3/8-16” thread screws replaceable? I am needing the screw that attaches to the feet to be longer.

No. These screws are riveted to the base. I had the same need to increase length, so I placed them on my bench drill, remove the riveted head, and removed the original screw. You need to be aware of several things: 1) although the screw is 3/8 - 16, the crimped part is thinner, so you will need to drill a 3/8 hole in the base. 2) the hole in the plastic part on the bottom of the base is smaller than the screw head. In order to solve this, I attached the screw to my bench drill using an extra nut to hold the screw without damaging the threads, and file the head a little bit rounder (sorry, don't have a lathe). Then I used the nut to "pull" the screw head through the plastic hole. 3) if you are going to move the furniture, be aware that the 3/8 - 16 screws are somewhat loose and can move in or out. In order to avoid that, I added another nut to lock the screws. Hope this answer helps you out.
