Update from Team - This device is designed to work only with a cigarette lighter socket. If your vehicle does not have this port in the front (for example, Mahindra 3XO and newer models vehicles give PD/USB port instead), it is recommended not to purchase this product, as you may face the issues mentioned below. I initially had high hopes for the Qubo Pro 3K Dashcam. For the first five months, it worked fine and did what it was supposed to. However, after that, the product started showing multiple issues: - Startup Problems: The dashcam stopped turning on automatically when the car starts. I now have to manually unplug and replug it every time. - Troubleshooting Attempts: I even got the car’s USB port changed by the manufacturer, but the issue persisted. Qubo support repeatedly advised me to format the SD card or replace it. I tried both—formatted the old card and bought a new one—but the same problems continued. - Customer Support Experience: Despite calling multiple times, the support team kept giving the same scripted answers: change the SD card, change the cable, change the port, format the device. I even requested an on-site technician and agreed to pay charges, but no one ever came. - Reliability: After almost a year, the dashcam remains unreliable. I regret my decision to purchase this product, as it has failed to deliver consistent performance and the support has been unhelpful. The Qubo Pro 3K Dashcam may look good on paper, but in reality, it suffers from serious reliability issues after a few months of use. The lack of effective customer support makes the situation worse. Front Camera resolution is ultimate at this price point also good response of Mic in recording. Mic provided only in front dashcam. Rear camera resolution is descent. Proper number plate recording in front camera both in day and night time. Video download is very easy through app. Wire length is proper even for bigger SUV no shortage of wire will take place. Easy to install. Time lapse feature is very nice. Quality of dashcam is nice.
