Solid Value
Probably the best model currently made for small business / residential power user. The next step up in the CCR2116 at a significant higher price. This unit utilizes the Marvell® Prestera® 98PX1012 Passive Intelligent Port Extender (PIPE) instead of an actual switch chip. It boots and upgrades very fast, The quad core ARM64 CPU performs well and handles dual stack IPv4 & IPv6 without issue, It works well as a WireGuard VPN server too.

Great Performance
Very good router for power users. It can easily run cake traffic queues and shape 500 mbit traffic which helps reduce latency and jitter significantly. I've always got my ISP speed plan data rates or higher with Mikrotik routers. Routeros is professional grade and can really help you optimize your network. There is a lot of good documentation and youtube tutorials for it.

Mikrotik Goodness
This is a very powerful router for the money. A word of caution though, you need to understand the Mikrotik aproduct set. It is not for a beginner.

Excellent (mutli-)Gigabit router
While not for average consumers who want a point and click interface, this is a great heavy-duty router for running Tor relays on a server behind a Gigabit fiber connection, on both CenturyLink WA and Frontier CT. It is also great for Gigabit PPPoE for when we had CenturyLink. Only cons is noise and (on modern units) no USB port. The former can be fixed with Noctua 40mm fans.

Great router for maximum customizability
If you are willing to put in the time to learn RouterOS, this is a great option. You can make it function exactly as you wish. If you're not a network wizard (like me), you should expect to spend some days reading through the fantastic documentation, which takes you from basic networking concepts on up. I was able to set up a main network, with an isolated subnet for server IPMI network with wireguard VPNs on both. I like it has web configuration, as well as the standalone winbox tool (which also does work on linux, despite the name). Be sure to check MikroTik's published benchmarks to ensure you're getting the right device for your workload type (routing vs switching) and load level as they offer many options.

Très bon routeur pour la fibre optique FTTO, performances exceptionnelles, construction un peu légère par contre. Le bémol, l'interface graphique ultra riche mais essentiellement réservée à des professionnels.

The delivery was a little bit longer (~3.5 weeks), than I expected. But the router is very good. Also it supports in 100-220V. Thanks!

El producto no corresponde con el título del anuncio. Pedí el producto porque en el título venía que era el Mikrotik CCR2116 y me llegó el CCR2004
