The screen is too bad, its bad for the child eyes, better to pay little more and to go for a branded tablet than going this price. Its just bad option

Becky was amazing. She understood my needs and the policy. My daughter dropped her tablet which wasn't that hard of a fall and the screen cracked. Her birthday is coming up the next week and shes aggravated because she can't use the tablet because it may cut her hands. I jumped into investigation mode and found that they will replace your tablet with in a year. I contacted customer service had the pleasure of meeting becky andbshe assured my requests were fulfilled. I received my replacement tablet and i can say it came right on time. The tablet is a great tablet. It is everything my 3 year old needs. Plus i can control the time she on it during schools and free play on the weekends. Google play store for all the appps her heart desires. Great company and tablet. I recommend 100% not a waste of money.
