Only stays cold about 5 mins
Love the idea, but they only stay cold about 5 minutes, then you have big pearls to put in your purse until you can freeze them again.

Very disappointed. Does not stay cold at all. Needed this for after parathyroid surgery. Other brands that cost way less actually work. This is hollow, others actually freeze inside.
