The Alas 20‑piece sushi making set has given me everything I need to make simple rolls at home. The rice bazooka works smoothly and helps keep the fillings centered without much effort. I like that the mats, knife, and dipping plate round out the kit so I don’t have to buy extras. The pieces feel sturdy enough for regular use and clean up quickly. The knife is sharper than I expected and slices cleanly through the rolls. For an all‑in‑one starter set that keeps the process straightforward, this kit has been a convenient and reliable choice.

I bought the Alas Complete 20-Piece Sushi Making Set to make sushi at home with my stepdaughter, and we had an awesome time! Making sushi turned out to be way harder than we expected (so definitely don't think it’s as easy as it looks online!), but this kit really helped us get started. It came with everything we needed and more — the knife was surprisingly nice quality, and little details like the chopstick holders made it feel more authentic. We ended up using most of the tools, although we didn’t take the time to dive into the eBook, which probably would have made things even easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great deal for everything you get, and now that we’ve gotten our first homemade rolls under our belt, I’m excited to try it again. Highly recommend if you want to have some fun and aren't afraid of a little learning curve!
