Great value for the money
These are the best paring knives I’ve ever purchased. Seem to never need sharpening. I keep buying then give the sets away.

So very sharp.
Love these knives. Sharp, possibly dangerous because they are so sharp. I bought plastic covers for them to keep from losing a finger when getting them out of a drawer. I cut myself 3 times peeling an apple. That's how sharp they are. Evidently my other knives aren't sharp at all because I never cut myself peeling an apple before. Take care and biy covers to go with them.

Great little paring knives
There's a lot to be said for having extra paring knives. If someone wants to help, have an extra knife to hand them :-) These are plenty sharp new, take an edge well once they're dull, and hold an edge as well as, say, victorinox knives. Better than needed for paring knives. These might be great as steak knives, with the caveat that you might have to sharpen them at 20 degrees for the edge to stand up to being clunked into a plate over and over

These aren’t amazing, but they’re solid for the price. Proper care (hand wash + dry, no dishwasher) has prevented any rusting so far.

Crazy Sharp!!!
These knives are crazy sharp! I've had them for a couple months now, and I don't treat them very kindly (diswasher, etc.), but they are holding their sharpness very, very well.

Great pairing knives. Good price.
These paring knives are very nice. I like 3" blades and these are extremely sharp blades. Very thin also. The handle has a good ergonomic design. Easy to hold. Wash easily. I use paring knives a lot. My favourite. I think I'm going to buy another pack of 3. Never to many paring knives !
