Can you use a standard garden hose for the pump out what part would you need for it?

The pump comes with G1" adapters. If your garden hose fitting is 1", it will be perfectly matched. For 3/4" garden hose, then you need an extra fitting to convert G1" to G3/4".

Where to get a G1" to G3/4" adaptor for garden hose ? A link please!

Hi, can the the out put pressure be reduced ? Or can put a presuure regulator put on the outlet ?

If you introduce a throttling device (valve 0r tap) between pump and point of supply you can vary the pressure drop across this device and thus achieve some control of flow and pressure at your point of supply. You may also adversely affect the pump performance and useful working life. You are better off selecting a pump that fits the parameters of the task.

Could this be used to clear sediment from the bottom of a garden pond?

Hi, I would not use mine for this job, it only has 1" inlet. If I wanted to empty a pond i would go for something like this - https://www.amazon.co.uk/151652-Heavy-Submersible-Clean-Dirty/dp/B01LWY1VO8/ref=sr_1_1?crid=16AYNVH6BTUJR&keywords=sump+pump&qid=1648907296&s=diy&sprefix=sump+pump%2Cdiy%2C66&sr=1-1 Hope this helps, John
