I am 5'5", 173 pounds, a C cup, size xl and 16 in clothing, what size should I get?

It's very true to size. I am 5'3" 160 and a D cup I ordered an XL it fit perfectly. There are no "tight" parts it's very much like a lace shirt. Very soft and sexy.

Maybe a L or XL would work for you. It's not so much about your cup size as your bust measurement. I measured my bust (41") and looked in the chart under the Chest-inch column. The (41.3") XXL fits me well, just like the chart indicated.
