The Dash Cam was a good buy, I thought. Maybe it is defective, which is certainly possible! I would like a REPLACEMENT. BECAUSE I went to California for 14 days and left my car in my daughter's garage locked. I drove my car today for the first time in two weeks and the Dash Cam did not come on. I TRIED a couple of things like REBOOTING and TURNING my car on and off but it still didn't work. I was in a car accident about a year ago, therefore, having a camera in my car is extremely important, TOO ME.Thank you,Marsha

It will be freeze frequently when you start your car and the poor quality can not bearable. The seller had no any response when you contact him.

The design of the strap to mount the dash cam to the rear mirror is very bad. Both of my straps broke after about 3 months of use. So even though the dash cam still working, without the strap, it's kinda useless, I tried to use some zip-tie to mount it but it doesn't work well, the dash cam will keep falling off the rear view mirror. Do not buy this because it will be useless when the mount strap break.

After using it for less than a week, I smelled the plastic burning and eventually the dash cam was burned out and my car smells like burnt plastic now, would not recommend

I bought it in 2017. It works like a charm. I'm actually using it with a 2GB Sd, so it record just 4 videos of 1 mins each one. I will try a 32GB new one.The only "problem" i had so that is not 5 star, is one button has a vibration sound.

This is a crap, the rear camera did not work, it shuts down for no reason, it does not work as it says ...I brought it to Costa Rica, that's why it's more expensive to return it than to throw it away ...Do not waste your money, buy another ...
