I recently tore my meniscus and I do not need surgery (yet). This brace allows the extra support needed when I am working out conservatively. It's a little tight and uncomfortable at first but I can still move correctly and it keeps my knee stable. I've used this brand before for an elbow sleeve and it helped. Also, this specific knee band came highly recommended by many athletes.

Best knee brace I’ve had. . Have been wearing for Thirty years. Just order new ones when stretches out. Lasts a year or more. Forget I’m wearing.i used to order med but now only large available. More comfy anyway and I have skinny legs.

This actually stays on your leg while you’re exercising or playing a sport. Give it time, and it will warm up and mold to your leg. It’s a snug fit so measure well and maybe get two different sizes.

Excellent compressive support during heavy squats. My knees have given me fits all through my 30’s, and these sleeves have saved me a lot of pain. They have been durable so far and don’t seem to get looser with time.
