Love! And...can be used with fondant :)
Chemical free, vegan, gluten free, non-gmo, beautiful colors, easy to combine...what's not to love? I will not use any food coloring other than ColorKitchen. Also, these can absolutely be used with fondant! Decorated my daughter's birthday cake with some roses crafted out of homemade marshmallow fondant, and the ColorKitchen powders worked beautifully. As a guide, I followed the information that I found on their website: "When working with heated recipes, like a gummy candy, mix colors into a liquid first and then add into the cooling phase for maximum color vibrancy. You can make a gel by mixing powders with a very small amount of water or glycerin (approx ¼ tsp liquid to 1 ¼ tsp color to make a paste) for easy blending," and I was able to successfully create the pink and green fondant that I needed for the occasion. Love!!

9/10 would recommend
These work for the most part, pretty good. You can't taste it. I put it in homemade buttercream. The instructions say you can just add the powder directly in. I wouldn't I would hydrate it with something first like your vanilla or milk what you add. Even a few drops of water. With that being said these worked great. Used more than I would have liked of the powders but I know what to change for next time. And thank you for not having allergen items in these. Made it great to use for sensitive people. The color was good enough. Couldn't get the red fully red but it was good enough. Pretty bright all considered.

Great option for food-based natural colors
These are vibrant colors and a little goes a long way. It’s great to be able to find a collection of these natural food-based color powders in small quantities so you can try them all and experiment with color mixing economically. They work well in icing but the colors change drastically after baking so I wouldn’t recommend them for batter. I somehow managed to make a beautiful vegan rainbow layer cake using them in batter, though they didn’t look at all the way I thought they would when I put them in the oven! Basically rearranged them into a new rainbow after they emerged, but it worked and wowed my family. They don’t affect flavor or smell at all.

Intense color
These work SO well. They offer much more concentrated color in frosting than I ever achieved with artificial dyes. They also offer a slight earthy flavor to balance the intense sweetness of sugary frosting, so it’s made mine even tastier! My only problem is the pink makes it taste sour for some reason?? I avoid using the pink.

Great natural coloring for icing
I love this natural option for food coloring. I used it to make whipped icing. The colors were more pale than they would be with artificial coloring, but natural will always be better than artificial in my opinion. Maybe in buttercream the color would be more vibrant. The red even turned out more red than pink when mixing one packet with half of a pint of whipping cream.

Beautiful colors, easy to work with!
The colors were beautiful, vibrant, easy to blend in (better than the liquid in my opinion), they made my daughter’s unicorn cake dream come true! The pink & blue made that beautiful purple! Definitely recommend!

They’re ok!
Love that these are dye free! Colors are ok but they aren’t super vibrant and seem to stay grainy if putting it directly into frosting. Also, one packet doesn’t do a lot of frosting so using it for a party you would need multiple which adds up.

Good product!
I love these! I bit pricey, but love that it's dye-free. The colors aren't super vibrant, so just be prepared for that, but overall these are great.
