I am very happy with this purchase. I've been trying to convert to rechargeable batteries, and bought this to be able to charge more batteries at once. I initially had an issue with one of the ports not lighting up, so I contacted the seller. I have to say that I have NEVER received such amazing customer service on Amazon, and that's very important to me. It's rare to find a company like this. They responded immediately, despite being across the world. They asked me a few questions in response to my concern. They were never condescending, nor did they blame me for this issue. They suggested a few tests, and in the end, said they would send me a new charger. I received it the next day! I cannot say enough about how great their product and their customer service treated me--they were kind and respectful, and fixed the problem without a long drawn out battle! I would reccomend this charger to anyone. Thank you very much to those who helped me, it means a lot!

This works great and it has a lot of slots for AAA and AA batteries. It's also fast compared to some old ones I had.

I like my battery charger almost enough to go 5 stars. It works really well except two spots do not charge. Even so, 14 charger bays is still better than any other charger I own.

It arrived undamaged, and the packaging was very nice as well. The quality of the charger looks solid and it uses a regular house plug, no flaky USB or USB-C charger. I love how you can charge 16 AA's at once, or 16 AAA's at once, or even mix them as I did in my photo. e.g., 8 AA's and 8 AAA's. Another bonus of this charger is that you don't have to pair them side by side, unlike most other chargers. You can literally leave spaces between batteries, and it will still work. Finally, I love how each row has a charging/charged light indicator (green/red) letting me know when each battery is either fully charged or charging. It took about an hour for the AAA's to charge and about 3ish hours for the AA's to charge. The longer charging time is normal due to the higher mAh rating of AA batteries. I definitely recommend this bad boy to anyone who needs a good battery charger!

this is the best charger I have found. I got tired of always buying batteries or having them die and none to replace them with. Now I have all my devices running and ready from my remote controls, outside cameras to my games and gadgets. I bought extra batteries so I can replace the ones I need with a fully charged set.

Work well and keeps the batteries top up without overheating or charging. Each battery shows the individual charging status of each batter!

This is my favourite charger, you can load it up with all the rechargeable batteries laying in your Kitchen drawer and within seconds it shows you which ones need charging and the ones that are good to use, no need to put them in “in pairs” or ones with similar discharge… this is a great product, wish I had it years ago
