It arrived undamaged, and the packaging was very nice as well. The quality of the charger looks solid and it uses a regular house plug, no flaky USB or USB-C charger. I love how you can charge 16 AA's at once, or 16 AAA's at once, or even mix them as I did in my photo. e.g., 8 AA's and 8 AAA's. Another bonus of this charger is that you don't have to pair them side by side, unlike most other chargers. You can literally leave spaces between batteries, and it will still work. Finally, I love how each row has a charging/charged light indicator (green/red) letting me know when each battery is either fully charged or charging. It took about an hour for the AAA's to charge and about 3ish hours for the AA's to charge. The longer charging time is normal due to the higher mAh rating of AA batteries. I definitely recommend this bad boy to anyone who needs a good battery charger!

I have 30 flameless candles in my house, and they all take three AAA Batteries. I always use rechargeable batteries and that means I have 90 batteries to re-charge. Using a 4 holder charger basically meant that I was CONSTANTLY charging batteries. This charger is simply the best. It can charge 16 batteries in one setting. Although one reviewer mentioned this charger would not charge Eneloop batteries, 75% of my batteries are Eneloop (some older and some newer) and they all re-charged perfectly. Another review mentioned that the batteries were difficult to insert in the base. Um... I can't image how this is difficult. They go in effortlessly. The one thing I did notice is that the bottom of this charger gets quite warm. My solution was to put it on a trivet when in use so it does not heat up my countertop. Even the 4 battery chargers get warm on the bottom so this is to be expected considering it is charging 4 times as many batteries. It's a great charger and it has been a game changer for me. Oh, nice company, as well. After I received the product, they reached out to make sure I was happy with it. I appreciate things like that.

Great charger - lots of ports but the green indicator lights are very bright and stay on all the time, even after the battery is charged or if there is no battery in the port. If the lights went out after fully charged or removed, it would be 5 stars.

Easily use and recharge batteries in this unit. We use it for Karaoke wireless microphones and it's very reliable

I am revising my previous one star review to five. It was my fault completely in not using this charger correctly. How hard could it be you wonder? Not difficult at all, but I, and co-worker, were not catching the AAA battery on the little notch in the slot, so it wasn't engaging. Ridiculous actually, that I was in such a hurry and didn't stop for a moment to look more carefully. And I rarely write reviews, why that day went bad I'm not sure. The customer service was very quick to respond and followed through with a clear video. I'm impressed with how thorough they were in making sure everything was working properly. I apologize for my previous outburst. Lesson learned and it won't happen again. So far this has been an excellent product!

Works but is slow to charge

This is my favourite charger, you can load it up with all the rechargeable batteries laying in your Kitchen drawer and within seconds it shows you which ones need charging and the ones that are good to use, no need to put them in “in pairs” or ones with similar discharge… this is a great product, wish I had it years ago
