The set came with everything except the cushioned mask. I had to purchase separately, but didn’t realize they would sell without that.The headgear magnets are not very strong. The left side barely stays together.

The short tube (that is sent as part of the package) after only 1 month of use has cracked and the tube does not stay connected to the original tube sent by the Bi-pap company.

Magnets are very weak for the clips, So I had to superglue them on (I don't really like the clips anyway so who cares).Overall quality seems poor which makes sense seeing as it's not a actual resmed product, I didn't look at the manufacturer before buying so we're just gonna send it.After a nap it seems okay, it'll probably break but I'll be ordering a genuine product shortly so it'll get me by til then unless it literally breaks within a week as other reviews have said. Fortunately though I have a big ol tube of super glue and I'm dumb enough to use it. :)

This headgear set is very large, and despite adjusting the straps as much as I can, it still is too big. The magnets on the left connect snugly, but the right side magnets are very weak and disconnect easily. I'm constantly having to adjust and reposition everything during the night. I'm definitely not getting a good nights rest.

Magnets too weak, the straps disconnect at night. Also the straps are too long, I have attached the Velcro in a way to shorten them as much as possible and it is still loose. It would be simple from the manufacturer to make this a really good product with just a couple of improvements.

This product is VERY misleading. I wanted to love and respect this product, but after 3 months of still trying to figure out the assembly I have given up! First, there is zero way to make the ResMed nasal cushion fit this head gear. Now, I understand that this generic head gear posing as a compatible version of ResMed is false. I am trying to eliminate the need to have another Dr see me annually to update my products because Inflation is killing me and finding a great solution at a fraction of the cost is beneficial. I paid a lot for this head gear and for it to be so large, stiff and w/o proper instructions is ridiculous. I gave it 2 stars, because packaging, timing and free felt strips to keep lines off your face were a very benefit. I do not suggest you purchase this w/o generic nasal cushions to fit this gear, because it is completely frustrating and the instructions are not helpful either.

The mask connection itself doesn't fit but was able to use the headgear part.
