I wanted to give these a try for kickboxing classes as I was needing a little extra padding for the tops of my feet when kicking the bag and after a few weeks of use, I think they're a solid alternative to buying more expensive shoes. They're easy to put on, they don't take up much space in a gym bag, they're comfortable and provide adequate support for my feet and ankles. I'm also assuming you can put them in the wash when they need it as I've done this a few times now with no issues afterwards. The only real gripe I have with these is the velcro strap that goes around the ankle: this has started to come loose on occasions. I'm not expecting these to last for years to come, but they've held up well in the time I've had them and for the money I think they're a great alternative to shoes for kickboxing/martial arts classes.

Love the lightweight aspect! Use these four times a week for a kickboxing class at Farrell's! Love the feel of being barefoot with protection on top of the foot for kicking the bag!

I am US size 15 so I got the XXL, the trick to putting it on is pulling the elastic under your foot (see my picture) to get into the toe holes. Once I figured that out, they went on no problem. Trying to put them on like shoes is a no go.Update:After wearing for a couple weeks, I love them more now so upgrading from 4 to 5 star.

Excellent shoes.. I wear a 6.5 m and I got the small. They are perfect fit. And snug.. good protection and cushion in the right place. I kick harder and am not afraid in them . Recommended

I train kicking heavy punch bag about twice a week for one hour each time.I have used this for about 10 months. It feels great. Still no wear and tear on the material. But now the Velcro wrapping around the ankle is not holding up any more. Not sure if this training intensity is expected for a product of this price. I am going to buy separate Velcro and sew over in order to keep using this. I still give it 4 stars though. Hope they design better long-lasting Velcro.

Not bad of a buy but it’s a little to tight on the toe cuts area so it takes to long to put on. And it’s a little frustrating. I think one more size up would of done it for me but there is no bigger sizes and I’m US 11. And because of that I give it 3 stars might even return it.

The design is interesting. I honestly put these on upside down & had a negative review in mind based on how they fit. Its not perfect when I put it on properly, but much truer to how it was presented online. This was a decent purchase. Just a little roomy toward the front.

Lasted her a little less than a year, but she enjoyed them. Said they were comfortable.
