Caution, read review ...before buying
Please note only cameras and DVR are honeywell, bundled with a cheap quality hard disk, cables and other accessories from other vendors. Hard disk crashed within 2 days of operation. I have been following with amazon support for past 3 weeks for replacement/ refund for hard disk. But no use. Every time I get same answer we will get back in 72 hrs and no answers. So please think over before you buy thus bundle....

setting up the device is not smooth.
picture quality average. variation of weather effects picture quality.Audio needs additional speaker. website not reachable and installation is difficult. working as default set up.

Seller provides no help whatsoever for installation or software.
No help for installation from seller no operator or installation manuals from seller, no software (even link) provided not even a catalogue of the product sold. Items delivered in good condition and one needs external service agaency to install Rs 25K in Chennai for laying160M of wiring. By trial and error was able to install reqd software to view remotely. However product is good and so is the software etc. Please buy onl from those who also bundle installation and install software. One outdoor camera giving distorted images most of the time. Tried contacting manufacturer Honeywell by email. Very poor response from them. Mails never get answered except once. I need camera to be replaced as I tried many times rebooting the system but this camera is a problem

Hard Disk is not working
Hard Disk is not working but rest all Cameras, DVR other accessories are working fine so far. Asked for replacement of Hard disk, lets see how they respond. Will see how it works going forward.Well, they didn't replace the hard disk.

Made in China used second hand item. Not new. Notmade in India
Its a used pre opened box with scratches and dirt marks all over. Its advertised as new made India product. but it's made in China. Got cheated. What a shame on Amazon and Honeywell.

Good video quality on big screen but low quality on mobile app. Edited after checking HD option selection in mobile app video quality is good 😊
