MICRO MINI PURSE MANUAL UMBRELLA-MANY STYLES (Black Square)

I love this umbrella! I bought for international travel based on the size of- I wanted the most compact thing I could find. This is definitely that! It’s TINY! For something so small and lightweight, it seems to be fairly sturdy and durable. While I use something bigger and heftier in my day to day life, this is a must have for travel. It survived and provided great protection during a day of sprinkles in Paris and a torrential downpour in Seville. I don’t think it would stand up to daily use but it was a good value for my needs.

LOVE THIS tiny umbrella. It is small and LIGHT. It fits inside a small purse or backpack nicely. It is easy to open and close. It has a LIFETIME guarantee if broken. Note: I purchased another 'name-brand' umbrella supposedly with the same attributes as this Totes Mini. I found this other purchase heavy and bulky and it does not have a lifetime guarantee. I would buy this again as a gift as well as for myself for my car or other purses.

This Totes umbrella really might be one of the smallest umbrellas around--so handy to slip into a purse or backpack--but it's rather heavy, and it won't provide great protection in heavy rain.

This umbrella is small enough to fit into nearly every purse that I own. I recently lost the one I purchased few years ago, and was glad to see that I can still find it. There's no automatic open feature, but that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make for the small size. And I won't use any umbrella brand except Totes.

When I looked at this umbrella 3 days ago, it said "automatic". I even asked the AI if it was the type to open and close automatically and was told "Yes". I put it in my cart. Yesterday, I checked out a few more brands, then decided to just go with the Totes, and just bought the one that was in my cart, only somewhere between 3 days ago and today, the description and the item switched to manual. I was VERY careful about what I was looking at. I though I would keep it anyway, so I decided to open it. The collar that slides up is VERY tiny, and it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to slide up and push into place. There is no release button like there is on a normal umbrella. It was very difficult to pull the collar down again. The whole thing stinks of machine oil, so I'm surprised I had such difficulty. What happened to my beloved Totes?

This umbrella is very light and small. Fits well in my purse. I love how small it is. But it is extremely difficult to open. I couldn’t push it open enough to lock into place. I recommend finding one of this size and weight with a push button mechanism.

Great mini umbrella! Opens to full size. Great for purses or backpacks.
