I've been using this product for a few months and what a change!I suffer with IBS and I had a really bad few months with lots of horrible gas and sometimes diarrhoea and when I started this in a few days I started noticing improvements.A few months later I can say I haven't had a single diarrhoea episode and gas is massively reduced.It's a bit pricey and it only lasts 20 days but I'm going to keep using it as it's really helping and improving my life!

So I tried for over 2 weeks and it didn’t work for me as I hoped. I had upset stomach for couple of hours every time after I took probiotic. My stomach settle 2 days after I stopped taking it. It’s just not for me. I really recommend to consult with the doctor as I read a lot of articles and you can really do a more damage to yourself by taking any probiotics as you can maybe need particular strain or just a healthier diet !

it works takes a few days to feel the the benifits

I never leave reviews but this product has enabled me to eat brassica and pulses again and not suffer from permanent stomach cramps which were very debilitating.

Simple to take

The product does not taste as I put it into a small orange juice. The second lot has not arrived yet and the first lot has run out maybe its the post. I hope the next lot get here sooner !

Having read all the positive reviews decided to try for ibs-d. After four days woke with stomach ache and upset stomach. Really disappointed having taken twice a day for 6 days have to stop as appears to be upsetting my stomach.
