We’ve tested this mat on carpet as well as on our rubber gym flooring at home under our rower, and it’s held up perfectly. Great stability and protection.

This fits the Concept2 roer very well. I think there is 6 or so inches of mat in the front and back of the rower. It’s not super thick, but it’s a mat to put under your rower, it’s designed to catch sweat as it pours off of when you work out. It does that very well. No regrets at all.

I used the mat for a Merach rowing machine. The size is correct which is for me the most important part. It feels excellent.

Does what you want it to do, and fits my Concept 2 just fine. It hasn't moved around, it hasn't welded itself to the floor, it doesn't smell bad, relocates fairly easily, good to go.
