The OBD car tracker is very easy to use. It’s like plug & play. I just had to plug in the device in my car. The slots to connect is already there in the cars so no additional wiring was needed. The GoConnect app also helps to see the exact location of the car. The team is also very helpful and always available to help. Nischal from their team was helpful and helped me with my setup. Would highly recommend for car users

No service support for reporting issue.This product stopped responding it shows only one location. Doesn't refresh.

This obd gps tracker is awsome. I’ll not give you the live location immediately but there is no subscription or internet recharge required to sync data to server, it’ll take 20 to 30min to sync data to server, also no subscription needed to access data. You just need to install GoMechanic app and connect device that’s it. Around 90to 95 percent Accurate data it gives. Anti theft, geo fencing, engine start stop etc feature working perfectly. I’m so happy to use this product

Bought the product from Amazon and installed into my Car's OBD port, activated it as per the instruction but somehow didnt connect with the app. After talking to customer care their technical team activated the device from their end. So it started working. Customer Service executives Mr. Nischal Kay Cee and Mr. Rishabh Karwa was of great help and guided me setting up the device. The device uses inbuilt SIM module and works well where there is good coverage area. Over all good product at the reasonable price with lifetime plan. Will post further review after a month usage.

Bought this with great hopes. All expectations were met initially but from last one year its software is not working while contacting with company they said there is some issues. No resolution from anywhere

After using this my car battery was down for 2nd time. Use only when you park the car in some unknown place or when you give to someone. Otherwise please don't install for 24hrs. It takes so much of battery if your car is in idle state for long time.

I did a lot of research to buy a GPS tracker for my car. Then I come for this. In starting I had some doubts. But now while I am using it for a week amazing product super smooth app. And I loved it yet and what you need when they are giving you 1-year warranty with a free lifetime subscription no one will promise that.

The Concept is very good, but for some reason the updates of GPS tracking and other Information lags a lot, and even the orientation of vehicle 🚗 movements is not correct.Go Mechanic must seriously update the software.I have been using for the past 3 months, but definitely will update in future if there are firmware update from the company.But as for today it DOES NOT SERVES THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASE.6 Months Update!!!Go mechanic has still not release any updates, to have the problem solved.
