Jiaogulan tea (Gynostemma Pentaphyllum) 5.29 oz herbal flower Chinese green tea Authentic wild tea 绞股蓝150g

I ordered the Gynostemma Pentaphyllum, and I'm happy with it. I recently started drinking this tea again for my health and vitality. My friend gifted it to me a long time ago when he heard about my particular issues. I also looked it up, and I was impressed. When I ran out of my other stuff from another brand I needed to reorder which is when I ordered this. After what I experienced from drinking it daily for over a month, I knew this is something my body didn't want to stop. I'm feeling things are calmed down that were irritated, and my vitality went from 0 to 100. The stuff I had prior was top notch, high quality, and I would consider this the same. I do drink this tea anytime of the day, but if I have it in the morning I'll add some green tea, and if I have it at night I'll just have it plain. I have later decided it's probably best to only have in the morning since I become productive. I don't think it really tastes or smells the best, in my opinion, but that doesn't bother me. I could add things to make it taste better, but I don't want any sweeteners in this since I need to avoid it. I did try it just to see what it would taste like which it tasted amazing, but like I said I need to avoid those things. I did add some oat or almond milk a few times too which also tasted nice, and lemon is great in tea. Every 5-6 days I make a big batch of this in a big pot on the stove. Once it boils I turn the heat off and let it seep for a couple of hours to make it extra strong. I do add in one or two other herbs that my body wants, and I strain everything when I feel it is done. I squeeze out all the extra moisture with the herbs in the strainer, and then I put them in the freezer and reuse one or more times. I do notice even with the highest quality herbs there is a little bit of grit left over that is normal and actually has the good stuff you want in it so don't throw it out. Since I have a big pitcher with this, I just have to stir it before I pour it in a mug to warm up on the stove. I suppose you could drink it cold, but I require a warm drink. Most days I drink the tea in the morning as I'm really digging pairing this with green tea for an extra jolt. I'm so grateful my friend gifted this to me otherwise I wouldn't have ever known about it. If this stays a good value I will definitely reorder, especially as I go through quite a bit of it, thank you.

I have tried several different brands and find this one to be the best. It's whole leaf and it can be brewed twice on the same batch. Which makes it last longer. There was a comment about finding dirt at the bottom of the cup. This is NOT dirt, it's just very small parts of the product. I call it the golden sip. The last sip in the cup with the very small particles are the powerhouse of the product. Will stock up on this tea.

This tea is good. There is a small amount of sand in the tea, so strain well.

Very healthy tea

I've bought 2 of these bagsso far. They come in light and moisture resistant packaging. I put mine in a coffee grinder and turn it into powder so I get the full effect. I take this primarily as an anti aging supplement, but it does help significantly with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I can tell when im taking it regularly and when I'm not. I also sometimes purchase another brand in pill form with a supposedly 20:1 extract. That also seems to work, but feels different. I'm not sure which is more effective, doesn't feel better or worse that I can tell, just different. But I believe when it comes to herbs (or food) the whole form will be better for you. You do get quite a few doses of this as a powder, but it does shrink down significantly. That's ok, you just get a smaller, powerful dose. So you don't need a whole spoon. I take 1/4 to 1/3 regular eating spoon daily. Do recommend this brand, 5 of 5 stars.

Have had a few different brands and this is by far the best I’ve received. Not a bunch of stems like some, mostly all leaves. Will buy again.

is it really tobaaco? sure smells and taste like it. was looking for a chinese super energy herb and ampk activator. it kinda made my stomach feel hollow, a similar feeling that ive had years ago using tobacco products. no energy to say about it, but ive only had it twice now.doing some cardio each day outdoors in florida summer and dont think tobacco is gonna help me with that. wont buy again.
