Do these blades contain ptfe?

There's nothing on the packaging to indicate they're PTFE/Teflon coated. Which would be a selling point if they were. They're carbon steel - which would normally rust. So it appears the black color is just an anodize coating. PTFE is clear, just so you know.

Where are these blades made?

Pakistan. They are great blades for my beard sharp enough and smooth. Just be sure to keep them dry when you are done. For the price they can't be beat.
